All the shapewear have a 3-month warranty on\nseams (except for clasps, lace and zippers of the shapewear), the warranty will\nbe made on the same garment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To carry out this warranty, the customer must\nsend the product to the factory with paid shipping, at the factory the product\nwill be corrected and it will be sent back by certified courier (applies for\nnational and international shipping), only the return shipping value will be\nassumed by the company Te Entalla. In case of applying to a warranty with\ninternational shipping, it is important to keep in mind that customs may\ncollect nationalization taxes in the destination country, the customer is\nresponsible for assuming this value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To request the warranty, we do not require the\nreceipt, only photos of the garment identifying the damage, and confirmation of\nthe approximate date of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
After contacting us to apply for a warranty\nprocess and demonstrate the damage through photos, from that date the company\nhas 8 business days to respond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To make warranty corrections, please send the\nshapewear freshly washed, in perfect hygiene and cleanliness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No money refunds are made for any reason.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We do not recognize deterioration of the\ngarment due to time, adjustments made at the request of the client or abnormal\nconditions of use and care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All modifications to the garment will be made\nat the customer’s expense and under their responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We do not accept warranty of our shapewear\nthat have been treated or affected by third parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
