All change process will be carried out within\nthe factory that is located in Ibagu\u00e9 Colombia. To carry out the process, the\nfollowing steps must be followed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Justify the change.<\/li>
  2. Demonstrate the perfect new condition of the\nshapewear for a change to be carried out, send photos in excellent resolution,\nwith good light, clear and detailed photos of the shapewear including photos of\nclasps and seams inside and outside the shapewear.<\/li>
  3. In the course of 24 to 48 hours the photos are\nreviewed to confirm the change.<\/li>
  4. The client must send the change shapewear\nwithin a maximum of 2 business days after acceptance, this is confirmed by\nsending us the photo of the guide by email or WhatsApp, otherwise after the\nstipulated time the change loses validity and we are not responsible of the\ngarment.<\/li>
  5. The client must cover the value of the\nshipments that the change of the shapewear. As soon as the shapewear is\nreceived at the factory, the product will be checked confirming the perfect new\ncondition of the shapewear and the change will proceed.<\/li>
  6. The shapewear change will be made in the same\nreference only by size.<\/li>
  7. It will be sent back with payment of the\nshipping cost cash on delivery. (the customer assumes shipping value)<\/li>
  8. No money refunds are made for any reason.<\/li>
  9. We do not recognize deterioration of the\ngarment due to time, adjustments made at the request of the client or abnormal\nconditions of use and care.<\/li>
  10. We only make changes once per size, we do not\nchange shapewears that we\u2019ve already changed.<\/li>
  11. All our shapewears that have contact with\nintimate parts of the body such as one-piece shapewears or butt lifter shorts,\namong other products, it will NOT be made garment changes, because they are\ngarments for intimate use with direct contact on intimate parts of the body for\npersonal hygiene.<\/li>
  12. The customer must inform of the desire to make\na change within 5 business days after receiving the product by the transport\ncompany. From there, the change process will begin if it is applicable to the\ngarment (waistbands and vests).<\/li>
  13. The shapewears in promotions, liquidation or\ndiscounts do not apply for changes.<\/li>
  14. The exchange process is attended during\nbusiness hours from Monday to Saturday.<\/li>
  15.
