  • Only waistbands and vests can be changed by size. it is necessary to notified the need to change in the first 5 days after you receipt the product, the freight and customs costs in order to make the change will be assumed by the customer.
  • Waisttrainners and vests can only be changed once for size but not by reference.
  • There are no refunds for any reason.
  • All shapewears have 3 months of warranty on seams (except for hooks, lace and zippers), the warranty will be made on the same garment.
  • The sizes xxl, xxxl and xxxxl have an extra cost.
  • The waist Trainner and vests of size xxs , xxl , xxxl and bigger have no change, for being made by measure and exclusive order of the customer
  • We do not recognize deterioration of the garment by action of time, adjustments made by request of the client or atypical conditions of use and care.
  • All changes to the garment shall be made on behalf of the customer and under his responsibility.
