All change process will be carried out within the factory that is located in Ibagué Colombia. To carry out the process, the following steps must be followed:
- Justify the change.
- Demonstrate the perfect new condition of the shapewear for a change to be carried out, send photos in excellent resolution, with good light, clear and detailed photos of the shapewear including photos of clasps and seams inside and outside the shapewear.
- In the course of 24 to 48 hours the photos are reviewed to confirm the change.
- The client must send the change shapewear within a maximum of 2 business days after acceptance, this is confirmed by sending us the photo of the guide by email or WhatsApp, otherwise after the stipulated time the change loses validity and we are not responsible of the garment.
- The client must cover the value of the shipments that the change of the shapewear. As soon as the shapewear is received at the factory, the product will be checked confirming the perfect new condition of the shapewear and the change will proceed.
- The shapewear change will be made in the same reference only by size.
- It will be sent back with payment of the shipping cost cash on delivery. (the customer assumes shipping value)
- No money refunds are made for any reason.
- We do not recognize deterioration of the garment due to time, adjustments made at the request of the client or abnormal conditions of use and care.
- We only make changes once per size, we do not change shapewears that we’ve already changed.
- All our shapewears that have contact with intimate parts of the body such as one-piece shapewears or butt lifter shorts, among other products, it will NOT be made garment changes, because they are garments for intimate use with direct contact on intimate parts of the body for personal hygiene.
- The customer must inform of the desire to make a change within 5 business days after receiving the product by the transport company. From there, the change process will begin if it is applicable to the garment (waistbands and vests).
- The shapewears in promotions, liquidation or discounts do not apply for changes.
- The exchange process is attended during business hours from Monday to Saturday.
