All warranty process will be carried out within the factory that is located in Ibagué Colombia.
All the shapewear have a 3-month warranty on seams (except for clasps, lace and zippers of the shapewear), the warranty will be made on the same garment.
To carry out this warranty, the customer must send the product to the factory with paid shipping, at the factory the product will be corrected and it will be sent back by certified courier (applies for national and international shipping), only the return shipping value will be assumed by the company Te Entalla. In case of applying to a warranty with international shipping, it is important to keep in mind that customs may collect nationalization taxes in the destination country, the customer is responsible for assuming this value.
To request the warranty, we do not require the receipt, only photos of the garment identifying the damage, and confirmation of the approximate date of purchase.
After contacting us to apply for a warranty process and demonstrate the damage through photos, from that date the company has 8 business days to respond.
To make warranty corrections, please send the shapewear freshly washed, in perfect hygiene and cleanliness.
No money refunds are made for any reason.
We do not recognize deterioration of the garment due to time, adjustments made at the request of the client or abnormal conditions of use and care.
All modifications to the garment will be made at the customer’s expense and under their responsibilities.
We do not accept warranty of our shapewear that have been treated or affected by third parties.
